I'v mentioned a lopt on this about my shoulder injury. Started thinking is shoulder day really important to hit with a lot of exercises if u can get in at least dumbell or barbell press and some upright rows and face pulls. Surely Shoulders are punished enough on chest day? Have been thinking of just leaving it out completely and just doing my face pulls on back day.
