Could you tell us a little about yourself? Like how much weigthroom experience do you have? Age, size, athletic background or something?

So you're pretty tall and skinny and looking to get bigger yeah? That's going to be as much about how you eat, as how you train.

How many days a week can you train? Once I know that I can get a program for you.

Whoops. Didn't notice you there. I was front squatting with too heavy weights.

I bet you could benefit from a normal strength/size program the most. But I recommend you to read Anthony Mycal's articles. He's got tons of experience on the skinny-fat ektomorph type of stuff:
