Well, i like this one alot.

but i want to make sure, when the explnation says "Upper waist" do they mean right above belly button?

also what is the importants of elbows going back or sideways?

and the importants of stright legs vs bent knees?

The waist goes from the hip bones to the rib cage so upper waist would be just below the rib cage. So the answer is yes, just above the belkly button is just below the rib cage.

Elbow back or sideways changes the muscles that are predominant. Both are correct, just different.

Straight legs put stress on the hamstrings and lower back. Bent legs allow you to use your glutes to support your position as they should.

so you chose the word "Stress" and not "work" because its a bad thing right?

meaning i should bend my knees for proper form?
