I do direct arm work, especially since injuries are keeping me from doing a lot of heavy multi-joint work on both arms. My arms haven't been bigger, nor my elbows healthier, than they are right now. That's, again, despite being unable to do much on one side except some curls and pushdowns.

I include it with my clients, too, because I can't see how it's not helping. It's not always in the rotation, it's always an accessory, but it's there, and it seems to help. I notice the difference whenever I've removed it from their programs and I end up putting it back in.
