This past week I did the workout everyother day but more sets reps. Walking has been good, trying to walk half a mile in one week, very close, .46 of a mile. 3 days I walked 460 feet. Yesterday I bought a 5 lb kettlebell weight, I think it will be good. After my walk last night getting back into my chair I hit my side and hopefully only bruised my rib. Probably would be best not to walk today but I think I need to give it a shot.
