I found some progression for front lever and I started doing it. Immediately I could do tucked front lever with bent spine, but I don't know how to flatten my spine. Do you have any advice about this?
When I'm in position with curved spine, if I try to flatten it, I can't do anything, I end up lifting myself up with arms (I don't know why is that, maybe neural pathways or something). And if I straighten my spine on the ground and try to keep it straight, I bend it while going up.
Any help would be appreciated...
