The book "Younger Next Year"
Anyone read it and your thoughts before I buy it?
Re: The book "Younger Next Year"
It's $7.32 at Amazon or 6.95 for the Kindle version. That's not much risk. Why not buy it and write a review for us?

Re: The book "Younger Next Year"
Love it! I rave about Younger Next Year all the time to my pals. The book is a no-nonsense guide to what's really going on in our bodies as we age and what we can do to combat the aches, pains and miserableness of aging. Though we can't stop aging, we can age nearly pain free (about 70% of normal pains), gracefully and actually enjoy the ride. The book is a fun and easy an read. It is written by author Chris Crowley and his doctor Henry (Harry) Lodge. Crowley is a terrific and humorous writer who really makes the book fun to read. Harry gives you the scientific facts about what's really going on under our skin. I like the book so much that I've bought dozens of copies and give them away to my relative and pals all the time.
Hope this helps.
