Squat Form Check

Post by Jclem23 » Sat Aug 02, 2014 3:15 pm

Recently I became aware that I may have been squatting deeper than my flexibility allowed, which resulted in "buttwinking" or a slight rounding of the lower back in the bottom position. Because of this, I have been attempting to squat just bellow parallel rather than "ass to the grass." This is a video of me squatting 185x5 today, which began my ramp up to 245x4. Please critique my form.

Your knees seem to be shooting way past your feet. What sort of stance do you have, I can't tell form the video?
What if the Hokey Cokey really IS what it's all about?

My squat form is usually closest to high bar style with a stance just outside shoulder width
