need 6 pack

Post by RXLA20 » Tue Aug 25, 2015 2:24 pm

does anyone have any suggestions for this guy:

30 years old
140 pounds
He hates exercising
about once a month, he starts feeling motivated and will run on the street for like half an hour. then he quits for a month.
but the good news is he doesn't have a car and walks everywhere.
he tries to avoid junk food but sometimes he cant resist. no alcohol, no smoking. beer maybe once a month.

his problem: his belly keep getting bigger and he hates it

what do you suggest? what to eat, what not to eat, what kind of exercises to do?

I just tried to post picture so you can get an idea, but it says I am not authorized to post links?

Is this you or someone else? The obvious solution is to get consistant with training. It should be a combination of strength and cardio. He needs to find something he likes and that he will be consistant with. At that point, diet is mostly just avoiding junk food most of the time, and getting enough protein.
