It is not necessary to work hard in the gym every day. You can do workouts 3 times a week and add half an hour of jogging in the morning.

I mean, you shouldn't drive your body. Muscles need repair. Sometimes, after intense training every other day, supplementation is necessary. I use protein a lot.
