It was actually pretty cheap. Besides, I don't think Wal-mart sells them.

My buddy used to do shot put in high school, so he bought a 16 pounder from EFS. He said it was cheaper than getting one locally.

16-pound shot put reverse curls are pretty fun, too, but I'd wear boots or something for that "oops, missed it" rep. :wink:

A sporting goods store near me sells them ... not sure how much.
