Resources for training couples/pairs

Post by Toreishi » Tue Mar 01, 2011 5:33 pm

I have some new clients who want to train together and am looking for some good resources for exercises which can be done "in two's". I don't want the usual one-does-x-and the-other-does-y-then-switch.
I want movements that they can do together ideally utilizing medicine balls, stability balls, Bosu, TRX, etc. with as much dynamic and sports specific activity as possible

I'm simply looking to expand my bag o'tricks. Good resources, anyone?

Do a search on "partner exercises". If you want to use a specific tool, add that to your search. Don't forget resistance bands. There are a few good applications like Partner Band Running.

Here are some ideas.

The military usually call these "partner resisted exercises" so you might want to search that term.
