Wow, nice, I'm pretty jealous.

I'd be really happy if I had a power rack like that. What's that thing on the floor in front of the heavy bag?

I'd say it's a tool for lifting the bar off the ground so you can add plates to it.

I have one of those, I call it a 5-pound plate. ;)

I don't think it's a bar lift. Not sure, trying to see if nybb has anything similar to it.

I don't have to worry about it since the bar never gets that heavy any way.

It is a lift bar for adding plates.

I bought almost everything off CL and live auctions. The only new thing I bought was the bench. I wanted a sturdy bench that did decline-90*

I bought a new piece of Equipment.

Its a Tuff Stuff Plate loaded seated leg curl / leg extention machine.

I use it along with calf raises on chest tricep and back and bicep days.

If you guys wait until the end of the month (when people begin to quit on their new years resolutions) you will get all kinds of deals on equipment. I can honestly say that most of my Home Gym equipment I've gotten from second hand stores or people was getting rid of it. For example two weeks ago I bought a Roman Chair from a thrift store for 21 dollars. When I priced it online it could easily go for 175 to 200 dollars. One man's junk is truly another man's treasure. i need more pics of home gyms. i'm planning to buy some equipment. but the only option would be my attic and it has a wooden floor. would a carpet save the floor enough?

bench, power blocks, chin up bar.

That'd be all you'd ever need
