I just found a place that sells 200 lbs kettlebells! http://www.newyorkbarbells.com/im-0350wh.html That's a pretty respectable Turkish Get Up.

No ... Not yet ... $299.95 plus shipping seems a little expensive.

I saw that. It's actually a reasonable price for what it is. I imagine that anyone doing TGUs with that much weight would just use a barbell. It's really just a novelty thing.

Yeah, I guess so. ... Never seen someone do it with a barbell before. ... I'm tempted to try it with a light barbell just for the hell of it.

Of course 200 lb Swings would also be kinda crazy. ... Better chalk up and hold on tight.

i think the number of times I've checked the forum today runs well into the double figures. I've been sat in front of the computer for like the last 6 hours trying to write an essay and I'd say about 40% of the time I've spent doing it has been wasted messing about looking at stupid stuff on the internet and posting on this forum.

If anyone has any motivation I can borrow then I'll PM you my address and you can post it over.

Robert, you are using the same excuse every uses why they don't go to the gym. You know what you have to do. Stop being a wuss and get it done.

Why don't you come down here and make me eh tough guy?

Just kidding, you're right though I need to quit my bitchin and just get it done. I've pretty much finished though, I'm going to call it a night now, eat some protein and go to bed. The little bit I've got left'll wait til tomorrow.

If it was a workout I'd have been a lot more motivated, but writing a report on the prevalence of Parkinson's Disease is a lot less fun...

I was humbled last night-starting doing box squats (just below parallel), and not only did I have to check my ego at the door, the doorman stepped on it and kicked it.

I think I'll move to Texas just to annoy Hoosegow.
