I have this mental image of a group of big, husky, bearded, men in kilts standing over a computer. They are armed with swords and bows. One of them looks a little like Mel Gibson.
My Personal Progress towards that image:

Big & Husky - Soon
Bearded - In Development
Kilt - In the Cupboard
Swords & Bows - No

So almost!

No offence if any is caused but he looks like a hench southerner which I think may look like you. I don't think the other guy looks like anyone from here (by the sounds if it).
What advertising am I supposed to look like? Is he big and hairy with a huge red beard? Actually everone is telling me that I look like some guy by the name of Zac Brown, but I just don't see it.

Nevage wrote:Bought a mango lassi earlier, what brand are yours kpj? There was loads to pick from and I ended up getting the cheapest one for 89p. The 1.89 one did look nicer though! Would be an amazing post workout treat!
I can't remember the brand.... I do know they're about 1.80 a pop though. I also know that I was "gifted" 6 bottles and they were gone in less than 2 days. I would love to say I had 6 workouts in 2 days but I never. Frankly, I'm just greedy! I mean, erm, I'm bulkin'!

They're very sweet but I can still drink them easily. I get a major sugar crash afterwards though. I intended on mixing some Whey into one and seeing how it affected it but I couldn't bring myself to sacrifice the taste.

I know  - Christmas I had the first flu since training and the flu itself was annoying but the lack of training for 3 weeks and the loss of weight/appetite infuriated me, my overhead press was doing REALLY well and being sick just reversed it all.

My random rant for the day .. why the hell does a personal trainer take up the ONLY two squat racks in the gym to show his "two" client's how to sit on a beach ball when it's MY squat day!?

My rant for the day. My gym is pretty cheap, and has a few branches in the surrounding towns. So the new branch that is opening up is taking new customers but they aren't open yet! So the gym that I frequent is over flowing with the new people who signed up early. BONER CENTRAL. UGH!

I'm starting to get seriously worried about the amount of people I know that have zero interests apart from drinking. I don't mean they're alcoholics or anything but loads of people I know (weirdly it tend to mostly be girls but i think that is just coincidence) when I ask them what they do for fun say they go out drinking with their mates, and that's it. It's kinda sad in a way. I go to uni with this girl and after uni she goes home and watches tv til it's time for bed. Every night.

Doing some exercise would obviously do her the world of good, but apart from that she could read a book, paint a picture, learn a musical instrument, anything.

If all you've got to look forward to every night is 5 hours of tv, what's the point of living?
