ha, no film this time.

inability to do pull ups has passed down from my dad (slim but weak). It's definately a goal of mine.

Always amazed at the reluctance of some to change. :)

I'm not a religious man, but my prayers go out to Japan, It's hard to watch pictures of the complete destruction and the tragedy for the people who survived, not to mention the added worry of the nukes going out of control.

Saw one report of a dog who wouldn't leave another wounded dog behind, just kind of breaks your heart.

And I really hope everything's going to be all right with Japan and it's nuclear reactors.

Hawaii is really a nice place. Nice people. Huggers, but that's not bad when you get used to it.

I'm a hugger. I'm the most touchy feely person on earth. I'm always putting my arm round folk or slapping them on the shoulder or whatever. I'm sure some people must get really freaked out by me invading their personal space.

I had a horrible day at my new job. I never realized how stressful this place would be. On top of the reps and customer being complete jerk-offs, balls get broken left and right. I wouldn't mind so much if it was one or the other, but when one is pissing me off and the other happens, it makes me want to just strangle someone. I'm so glad I have the gym.

One week away from pre-jaw/knee surgery numbers.

lol, i'm not a "hugger", either. Not into it at all.

On another random note, I got food poisoning at the weekend. Was at the "SECC" Glasgow, Thursday night. Had a chicken burger. Weird thing is I ate after this, then about 4-5 meals the next day before around 11 pm when I suddenly started to violently throw up. Was throwing up every 30 minutes till about 5am Sat morning. Think I dropped a dress size in less than 24 hours. There were 5 of us in total, 3 of us had chicken burgers, and 3 of us experienced the same thing, which is why i'm assuming it was food poisoning of some kind.

Since the bout of throwing up, i've had DOMS in my upper right pec. Weird.
