I know some very religious people who have a big problem with Fallwell and creationism.

I have even talked to an Orthodox bishop, who has made a solid theological argument, showing that the actions of such protestant fundamentalists, indicates that they have no relationship with Jesus, or any understanding of his teachings.

Close. Omelette with a side of steamed brussel sprouts and curly kale. Lightly seasoned with a knob (pun intended) of butter.

Based on my time zone, I probably have a good chance to wish everyone Merry Christmas on Christmas day! It's just after midnight here. I plan to celebrate Christmas by deadlifting!

Merry Christmas and there's no gym open tomorrow in Halifax. Push ups will have to do.

Yeah, this is the time of year when my diet is even worse than the rest of the year. I've made entire meals out of simple carbs! But it's also when I have some days off that are great days to train.

A merry Christmas to all of you (sorry it's a couple of days late), and a happy, safe, and healthy new year.

So I'm in the bowling alley and I hear somebody call my name, in that questioning way like they're not sure it's you.

I turn, and its...... Jim Wendler? Jim Wendler is saying hi to me?

Well no. It was my cousin, a cousin I very rarely see, and he adopted a rather radical new look to say the least.
