There was a fight in my gym last week.

One guy stormed into the gym, to the free weights area at peak time and attacked a guy that was training. Another trainer and I split it up. The other trainer went and dealt with the incident report and all the other nonsense and I just went back to the speed deadlifting my female client was doing. When I got back to her she looked shaken, like a rabbit in the headlights. I just said, "roid rage?" to lighten the mood a little. She said she hates conflict, wondered how I could be so calm, and said she could taste adrenalin in her mouth she was nervous from it (it took place like, 15feet from her).

Anyway, it was quite interesting to see the effects of adrenalin on performance. Her bar speed on the rest of the sets were like lightning! She commented herself before I could that it felt much lighter. I should of worked up to a heavy single but it wasn't originally on the cards and I didn't want to change things just for my own entertainment value.

I need to order more ammonia.

Kilmarnock eh? What a place.

You should hire someone to attack your clients before a session. You cohort could ambush them in the car park, threaten them with a knife or something, you come out, save the day and BOOM! Your client gets the best training session of their life, every time.

ethics aside, I think we could be on to something here

Great idea. I do think that if you did this all the time, at least a few of your brighter clients would start getting suspicious. Maybe you could have a few different routines; knife in the carpark one week, attacking another trainee next to your client the next, and maybe a fire or simulated natural disaster the next.

Bouldering is fun, and also a good way to get some extra back and grip work

I'm thinking of getting my guitar:

repainted to look like this:

the top, green one, although I do really like the blue...

decisions decisions. I love my guitar but having an SG in cherry red is just a bit obvious I think.

I have an SG copy that is black. If you put crosses on the frets it would look like Tony Iommi's.

Yea, Diablo 3 should be arriving at my house today. I have so much crap going on though. So it will probably be next week before I get to play at all.

mine is a gibson SG classic. Different pick ups to an SG standard. P90s, single coil numbers with a softer tone.

I saw/photographed a Black Rat Snake on Sunday. ... One more for the life-list.
