Jet-lag is a pain in the neck. Here it is, not even 8 PM, and I'm crashing on my computer. What do you bet that I'll be back here wide-awake at 3 AM?

Or even when they use the 'curl rack' as some sort of mobile phone amplifier! Perhaps I have it wrong, maybe it offers protection from lightning strikes, some sort of faraday cage even!

it's not as bad as when you see people deadlifting. Don't they know what they're doing to their backs? And as for squatting, don't even get me started on how bad that is for your knees!
