on a related note,
I love it when the temps drop like this in AL this early. The garage workouts are much more pleasant
Sandy from the satellite shots looked spectacular. Glad to be far away.

About 90% of LI is w/o power, but the gym is open.

I know after Hurricane Juan a few years ago we were without power for several days. NJ got it harder than we did then.

We had major flooding in my area when Lee hit last year. ... With Sandy we had more wind, but a lot less rain.

mate, you have no idea. I work in a shop that sells supplements and MMA stuff. You wouldn't believe the chumps that come in here...

I remember when the UFC started and the only people paying attension were those who actually trained in martial arts and combat sports. Now I see MMA fans who've not only never trained in anything (Wrestling, BJJ, Judo, Boxing, Kickboking, etc.), but don't even understand the sport.
