Thursday is Squat day for the time being.

That way, after a solid work out and shower and big meal, I get to sit down and enjoy the dvr'd Thursday Night NFL game. Then, I top it all off with a new epsiode of Glee.

srsly guys, weightliftting is a commitment. you can easily squat/deadlift/bench press in the morning and then have a nice xmas dinner at mcdonalds or burger king...

Thursday is squat day for me too. I have two squat days. Doesn't everyone?

Technically no. Because we Deadlift. It's super hardcore.

matt z has the right idea too
you have x routines and y days you train
sometimes x <> y

I'm thinking of going to that style for awhiel again.
Its more flexible; however, there is somethng to be said to psyching yourself up the saem day(s) each week for that heavy pull, etc. And giving your self the longer break before the biggest lift days

awesome. Only issue has been she was terrified of the outside, and was trembling like hell and whining when we tried to take her out. Now she seems to be used to it so it's not such a big deal.

she's the cutest thing I've ever seen, I've never seen my girlfriend so happy. She's honestly more excited about the dog than she was when I proposed.

Bought a weight belt.
