Their site will be going live anytime now, it's http://www.thevarsitygym.co.uk/

Just a holding page at the moment.

(Hopefully ok to post that? technically, I'm doing marketing for them but that's not why I posted the link)

If you know where Parkhead is in the Eastend, it's in an industrial estate just next to Parkhead (Nuneaton Ind estate).
that's wicked, somewhere down the line I got it in my head that a reverse hyper is the holy grail to fix my back once and for all. Now it's tantalisingly close.

There's a 24 hour gym opening up in the city centre soon as well. Obviously weejies are sick and tired of being the fattest, laziest folk in Europe

Hey KPj, all I get is a banner. Is there more to it?

It's just a banner at the moment. It should be live over the next couple of days. I was told 'anytime now' on Friday. Infact the guy I deal with thought it was all live on Friday but he was mistaken.

Saw a guy doing the Hip Adduction machine last night.

Usually don't ever see anyone doing these at all. Especially not men.

Playing a softball tournament today. Sweating in the heat while resting between games.

Wondering if I am burning extra calories by just sitting???

It's about 90^ in the shade today and 80%+ humidity.

You may be, if you sit very vigorously with limited rest.

You actually burn more calories in the cold since you need the extra energy to heat your body. In the summer heat your body doesn't have to do anything to reach proper operating temperature so your metabolism actually slows down. You also naturally become inactive. You may still loose weight though since you sweat more. Sweating itself doesn't burn calories.

That's a bummer. I thought surely sweating would burn something.. hahahha. I surely was pretty inactive in between games. To hot to want to move.

The upside is I didn't eat much and have started drinking the low calorie Gatorade.

Softball, isn't that the female version of baseball?
I would've thought someone with "wilburburns" as a name would be a guy?

Or is softball also played by guys?
