Deepnds what you mean by 'country' music?! Are you talking Bluegrass? Country & Western? Alternative Country? Or that cowboy redneck stuff that Garth Brooks plays?

Years ago when I was living in Denark, I used to listen to the German speaking hours on Radio Luxemburg, and they occaionally ply C and W. It was usually the American stuff, but one morning I heard some German guy singing "Ich bin ein Cowboy aus Hamburg", so I guess it has migrate, I'm just not sure how much though.
