Being sick SUCKS. At least I don't have the piggy flu (I'm pretty sure I don't anyway). Bleh.

You mean 360 isn't body weight? How big are you?
338lbs is body weight. i want to be deadlifting 340 for reps this week. next week i'll work on my one rm.

going to have to eat my words. picked up 380lbs and couldn't lock it out. i went back 4 minutes later and with a little concentration and hip drive i was able to get it up. went up 20lbs in my ORM from 2 months ago, probably only deadlifted 5 times in those 2 months. next step, 400!!!
