Haven't talked to him for a while. Probably in college. He was getting ready to finish HS a while back when we made him a Mod. I know he was working P/T at GNC while planning on attending school, so I just wish him the best. A smart young kid that had a good real world outlook on the subject of training and nutrition, with a lot of research and experience behind what he posted.

i didn't realise how young the guy was, I thought he had decades of experience.
You don't meet that many youngsters as clued up as he is. Good luck to him whatever he's doing.

you're right, not many timers of any age. This forum helps though, it's unreal how much I've learned from it.

I am totally agree with hoosegow. You don't meet with any old friends.
