If anyone owns any sort of android tablet (ex: rooted/hacked g-tablet), there is a neat fitness program available for free which you can install: Liftpro 2. It allows for you to basically set up the entire program to fit your likings. When I first got it it was too general as to how it broke down the muscle groups (shoulders, legs, arms, etc) and the exercise descriptions are no less than terrible in some situations. But this program allows you to make any muscle group (instead of "arms," make two groups for "tricep brachii" and "bicep brachii" you want and edit exercise descriptions to fit however you desire. You can track gains on all exercises, weight, body composition, stats (arms, legs, etc) and will show a graph over time. I tried out jefit, a similar based program, which has it's own unique benefits (mutiple logs for different users etc) but the lack of customization of the muscle groups and exercises was my detterent.
