yeah really good, not as good as Sean of the Dead but better than Hot Fuzz I'd say.

If you liked their other movies, you'll like it.

I don't know if I like the others or not. I just downloaded them today along with Spaced. I need stuff to watch over the next few weeks.

Spaced is good, the other movies are good too. Sean of the Dead in particular is really good.

If you are looking for some lighthearted comedy to watch then check out Arrested Development if you've not already seen it. If you like your comedy a bit more twisted then check out a British show called Peep Show

My son already has Arrested Development downloaded. I watched an episode but wasn't impressed. I'm not a big comedy fan, more into adventure. I'll look into Peep Show.

Edit: 8 seasons, 48 episodes in total. Where should I start? Is season 1 good?

yeah start from the beginning, you'll miss a lot of the running humour if you don't.

The same actually goes for Arrested Development. It's not that good if you just catch random episodes, but if you watch it from the beginning it just gets better and better.

the oldies are the best Stu, I would think you of all people would appreciate that.

listened to the surfing song, I like the guy's voice but wasn't hugely impressed by the tune.

That was silly. Actually that surfing song was something my son listens too. I think it's neat because it has local references.

can't believe I've not posted any of this band before

one of the best singers I think that's ever existed. Very unique sounding band too.



playing you the live version instead of the album version because live they've got a really cool kind of improvised style that I think you'll like (although the DJ scratching might be a little much for you...)

I know mate but I wasn't sure if an old rocker like yourself would have ever embraced it.

You should listen to the whole of the album "dummy" if you liked that. Quite an astounding piece of work
