Topics for this forum

There was a thread recently introduced containing reviews/recommendations/thoughts on reading in general which was quite enlightening. However, lets limit this forum to exercise/health, and use the lounge for books/journals/DVDs, etc for other types of reviews discussions, etc on off topic subjects. Tks

Should we limit mostly to strength training or are stretching/diet books okay too? There could be some stuff on the fence like types of yoga which aren't particularly muscular and more meditative in nature, plus stuff like sex poses =P

Just use your best judgement. Some of those things can really go either way.
