What exercises can I do to keep my biceps worked while recovering from wrist/forearm tendonitis? I've been wrapping my forearms and wrists to do EZ bar curls and dealing with it for a while, and it was fine, but now it's becoming a nuisance again.
I've had minor pain and discomfort in my wrists/forarms doing barbell curls with both straight barbells and EZ-bars. However, this doesn't happen when I use dumbbells, reguardless of which type of dumbbell curl I do. I also like EZ-bar reverse curls for both biceps and forearms.
