I think I eat far too much as it is. The cardio thing might be true, I'll work on getting cardio in before weights or in a different workout. I think I try pretty hard, I tried maxxing on 250 2 months ago and I missed it, but about a month ago when I did a 5x5 workout I hit 225 x 4 for my last set...who knows. I'll try the variation on sets/reps and see what happens. :-D
