Narrow/Wide grip barbell curls

I want to work my long head biceps brachii. Which should I do, narrow or wide grip barbell curls? I looked for a while on bodybuilding sites, but could find the answer myself. Thanks.

Close Grip for the Long head

According to this, the close grip works the long (lateral) head of the biceps more
