Unusual feats of strength.
Okay ... just for fun I thought I'd start this one. What are some unusual feats if strength you've seen, either in person, or in movies/pictures/online. For example, there's a scene in "Enter the Dragon" where Bruce Lee climbs a rope with only his arms. I was also impressed with Franco Columbo lifting up the back of a car in Pumping Iron.
I saw this Iranian guy lift more then 600 lbs over his head on tv. I don't remember if this was the olympics or what. As far as in person I saw a guy deadlift 595 and squat 405 for 5 or 6 reps. I saw another guy bench 365 for 8 or 9 reps. I saw a guy incline bench 315 for 5 reps or so. I have seen 270 for 5 or 6 reps on dumbbell overhead press. It's pretty impressive what some of these guys can do.

There's a sixty year old janitor here who uses the student gym (faculty and staff are allowed to use it) who basically just squats and bench presses, and just uses increments of plates, so he'll warm-up with 135, do two or three sets at 225, and then finish with two sets at 315, squatting and benching...
Pretty impressive for such an old guy, especially considering I see him in person.
