Well. I scrapped my old routine. Too much to keep track of and too many difference excercises. I didn't have the time to do them all and I kindof burned out.
Heres the new routine.
Barbell Full Squat
Barbell Standing Leg Calf Raise
Lying Rear Lateral Raise
Palm Up Wrist Curl
Palm Down Wrist Curl
