This is going to be my online journal.

I'm currently 16, 164, 6' 1'' and im trying to lose some weight gain some muscle. I'm currently ordering a barbell with some weights, so for now im just going to be doing cardio and such.

Workout #1: June 29th, 2020 -COMPLETED-
- Running: 60 seconds of running, 90 seconds of walking. (8 times). Before, 5 minutes of brisk walking to warm up.
- Biking: 30 minutes of almost nonstop biking.
[Reminder]: Order barbells and weight stoppers.
