got home from work really early. decided to catch some sleep. i slept...until the next day! so no workout today (/ yesterday)

- see the 100# in the bench press? well, i accidentally lifted that weight. i was supposed to start my 80# work set when while i lifted the bar from its starting position and did my first rep. i thought that the weight was heavy so i decided to move down to 77.5#. when i looked at the weight that i was lifting, it totaled to 100# so there.
