Today I did the punchin bag for about 10 mins, then did 3 "interval" runs outside

I actually have been sort of working out, I've just been so lazy about puttin it in. I'm still not really lifting for the time being, but today I did sort of a mild upper body/circuit/cardio workout with this video game i had, in which I used two empty jugs filled with water for some of the exercises (probably about 25 lbs). After work, I swam for about 10 mins

Doin this from my Droid so keeping it quick- been working out but not lifting. Doin mild cardiovascular and muscle endurance and recently flexibility and soft tissue work. Today I lifted, but with my right knee still bothering me I'm not gonna be doin leg stuff anytime soon except exercises that don't require a lot of knee bending. So took it really lite today

A crappy day of workout. I lifted but since I didn't get any caffeine (trying to quit), I'm not even gonna post it

I finally got a good workout in. Still minor caffeine withdrawl but kicked butt on deadlifts for not doing them for so long!

High pulls, power push ups, shoulder presses and underhand chins. We'll see tho

Also some runs with a dog
