Attempted 300lb deadlift but my hands were so sweaty and I just couldn't grip on to it. My press felt very weak today... Worked out very early today. I think I'm going to start doing that, much less people in the gym.

I know I shouldn't stop halfway through 531 but my diet hasn't been very good, with this new job I can start paying off my debt and buy more food. Also squating just once a week wasn't enough for me. So I'm starting a push/pull split.
