Rear delt "destroyer" or something like that.

Warmed up on squats but felt weak so skipped it. Skipped bench due to right shoulder clicking...

Notes on full body:

-Feel really good after workout like on ecstasy
-I can eat more yet still losing weight (93,9kg now)
-very tiring
-effort per workout is less and seems to be going down
-impossible to train as hard as on split routine

Something wrong with the right shoulder... last workout dips caused tightness in right front delt, neck, trapezius so i skipped bench again. Doing overhead work eased up some of the tightness and took away the pain.

Next week deload and back to 4 days a week. Id like to fit everything into 3 days a week but i really need a day on its own for squat to get back on track and 3 days for upper body
