I've googled but haven't been able to find the upnfree. Is that really the way it's spelled? Do you know a website for it?

here's the upnfree http://www.easy-walking.com/up-n-free/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; the able bodied models can use it easier than me but it is good for me. After not using it for 10 days it was fixed yesterday and I used it 40 minutes yesterday and 35 today. Not sure why but my legs spazzed much more than normal last 2 days, maybe bad diet? I will try to post more in a bit

This is interesting! The exercises on the web site seem useful.

Is the support piston adjustable? If so, you can gradually decrease the amount of support as you get stronger. If not, I see that there is a 60-pound piston available that you can perhaps get at a later date.

MTWT @ work regular routine, 3 sets.

Tuesday (or Monday?) 40 minutes using up n free, 57 squats (10,10,10, 7, 10, 9)

Eob situps, 10, 10, 7

Wednesday 30 minutes up n free and first few minutes of walking legs felt nice and loose, 25 squats (12, 10, 3) Legs spassed real bad but the short walk showed me a glimpse of how much better it can be

Yesterday Thursday July 25th walked with regular walker 19 steps at new house, good steps / stance. New place has no long halls so walking distance will require more maneuvering but I need to learn o change direction better anyway.

Used weight on left shoulder 3 x 15

Eob situps 10, 10, 10, 10 last set a struggle
