Plyometrics for Seniors?

Plyometrics for seniors??!? 87yo shows a Non traditional clock pushups with hand clap in between. We focus on eccentric phase, coordinated breathing and controlled tempo. We never work thought discomfort or pain and always have fun. As always, be sure to do a fitness assessment prior to exercising
