im not sure if this is the right place for this question.
i had shoulder surgery two years ago , arthuroscapy( bad spelling) but it wasnt very good , as i dislocated my shoulder again 3 months ago. the Dr said with corrective survery , it will be alot more invasive , theres no guarantee that it will be 100% , and because he will have to cut right throught the muscle my shoulder muscle will lose alot of its strength permenantly. Has anyone gone through this ? or any ideas where i could pose this question and get feed back on it.
thanks

Arthroscopy is the best method with the shortest recovery time.
I believe all Shoulder problems can be fixed with arthroscopy.
I would suggest you to see more than one specialists and do not rush to the operation.
Read this article carefully, it is very informative:

In the meantime be very careful with your shoulder and DO NOT lift weight, not even 2-3 pounds, keep this in mind
