John--Good to see you back! I think you should do a podcast on getto training--a hundred used for cinder blocks, how to do pull-ups without a bar, etc., etc. Niche market! Good job on the training, and keep it up.

I'd buy a book or video on it. I love training like that. It's how I ended up doing towel pullups, pushups in a parking lot, and towing Japanese elementary school kids on a tire sled.

Well jungledoc you have to to what you have to do ya know? I even came up with the john corless clap push up variation that is crazy hard and I dare someone to try a set of eight after a chest and tris workout...haha I'll post the link to my video.
