I'm not sure we can answer your questions - we're just posters on the forums, not the people who run the site. They don't frequent these forums.
If you're thinking of a certification, I'd research it and then buy or borrow a copy of the book they base the test on. That's what I did for my NSCA-CPT. I didn't refer to this site at all because they asked about slightly different information than EXRX had posted.
