The exercise, not my body. ;)

Do you consider these stretching or exercise? I do them seated on the ground, really trying to keep flat against the wall and feel some muscles I've never felt before. It's a stretch too, though.

Do they eventually get easy? Are not, now. Should progression be an object?

I think of them as a warmup to activate some muscle memory -- like doing a few empty bar squats or light deadlifts.
They've helped me tremendously with pull-downs, military presses and chins. Never thought about doing them seated.
