Plane of Motion

I just noticed that the weight training videos don't state the plane of motion in which the exercise is performed. I know the plans of motion but novices and beginners wouldn't. Is there a way someone can add that? I remember coming to this site when I didn't know anything and was amazed at all the information. Any and all information helps in my opinion. Thanks.
