Haven't read anything about this, what are your opinions on muscle shape changing with stretches. Are there any articles on this?

Muscle shape changing and stretches? Where did you rip this from? Should I have an opinion about this?

ha!

You can't change the shape of your muscles. Maybe surgery would work, but probably not.

Some guys have high insertion points, others have low. Some have kinda square pecs, others have kinda rounded ones.

You just have to play the hand your genetics dealt you

That's going to provide my retirement income. Jungledoc's Muscle Reshaping Clinic, JDMRC for short. I'll move your insertion points, square up your biceps or triceps, make peaks where no one else has peaks, turn your pecs into maps of your favorite countries. Cash up front. No stinking insurance companies involved!

Hi. I understand that English isn't your first language, and expressing yourself clearly isn't easy. However, you need to work to make your posts more clear. We really can't understand them at all. Maybe if you spent a little more time on them, or asked someone to help you they would be more clear.

Where are you from?
