distance away from machine?!!!!

hey all
im sorry for the long time i Absent in it
my question about the elements that determine the distance between me and any cable machine (i.e cable bi.curl )???? :scratch:

There is no question. You might want to rephrase what you wanted to say.
If it is about how far do you have to stand from the cable machine when doing something with it then forget about it. You are once again overthinking. Just stand in front of it. No distance measures needed. You'll know when you are not in the right spot, it's just common sense. Think about the direction the resistance is pulling.

thinking about the direction =thinking about the distance
because any change in distance will make change in direction

or you mean that when make the cable direction parallel with humerus , is the only element in determine if the position right or no???

This is all unnecessary in my opinion. Using free weights will solve this problem. But, just stand near the cable machine, then the resistance will be pulling mostly downwards. If you go further, it might change the resistance of the bottom poisition in stuff like bicep curls. But THIS IS COMMON SENSE. You wouldn't go 5m away from the cable machine. That would feel stupid and be stupid. Wether you stand 45cm from the machine or 1m from the machine it has very little significance.

I the plates slam against the weight stack, your too close. If the plates slam against the top, you're too far away.
