I recently fell in love with front squats they target the thoracic extensors and at the same time "should" hit my quads pretty well. The problem i have is keeping my back straight . it seems that although my posture looks correct from elbow and neck position my back is still rounded. I am not sure if its really incorrect form because my shoulders are moved forward when front squatting so i can keep the bar between the delts and neck. If i stand tall and move my shoulders forward my upperback is still mildly rounded.
what do you guys think?
