Does anyone else here use FitNotes or maybe advocates something different?
Do you still use paper logs?
I know a lot of people who don't record anything; Can't understand that for the life of me...

I use a paper note book. It's actually a Field Message Pad. I sued to get anal about logs but I found I can get the information I want just by writing down what I do in the notebook. I don't worry about trends. If I hit a number bigger than I hit last year, I feel like a hero.

I've been using FitNotes since last summer. I think it's great. I used to use a spreadsheet on my phone, which for the most part, fit my needs. I really switched to FitNotes just to make the data entry easier.
Any idea what the Groups are used for in FitNotes? I suspect it's for graphing, which I never use.

AFAIK you can append a current or new exercise to the group of you choice so you can more easy navigate to it when you want to log something...

Paper. I plan my workouts 4 at a time, print a page, put it into a clipboard, then tick stuff off, and write in changes.

Thank you for the Fitnotes tip. I downloaded it today and used it with my workout. It works great and is very simple to use. Thanks again!!
