I stumbled onto this exercise browsing other weight training sites. I think this might be just what I need to strengthen my forearms and legs. (The two areas I need to work on most.) Is there a set distance I should walk for each intensity level (Light, Medium, Heavy) or am I just going ot have to wing it?
No set anything about it. Just make up your own schemes. Grab a couple of heavy anythings and go. I've seen people do it around city blocks, do them on stairs, and a little nifty combo thing I like. Grab a couple of heavy DB's, go 30 yards, squat them 10 times , and repeat for as many times as you can. Your imagination is your only limitation.
